Cute little shoes...
My sister Amy bought Avery these cute little shoes at Kid-to-Kid and they were brand new with tags! Score AMY! Avery loves them. Sometimes I find him having conversations with these shoes while in the car...haha!
We love The Smith's!
My sister-in-law and her family got Avery the cutest little halloween sack stuffed with all kinds of goodies. Avery loves it all! Thanks so much Aunt Karen, Uncle Scott, Jordan, Grayson and Savannah! XOXO

Oh how I LOVE to take pics of my baby boy...
Today was such a beautiful, crisp and cool autumn day. So since Avery and I have been stuck in the house all week I though what a great day to get outside and take some pics. I've been waiting for it to get cool enough for Avery to wear this sweet lil' pumpkin beanie. As you can see, he looked so cute in it!

Rain, Rain, Go Away!!
Everyday I honestly fall in love with both Avery and Michael a little more. I am so thankful to Michael for being such a hard worker and supporting our family. I enjoy every single day stay at home with my sweet Avery & Michael has made that possible for me. To show my appreciation I have really stepped it up in the housewife department. Not that I didnt do alot before but now I have been really going above and beyond. I did the yard work the other day and even fixed the garbage disposal all by myself. Michael was at work both times and he was very impressed when he got home.
I hate that I havent been updating my blog lately. I love looking back on past posts so I am going to try to post at least twice a week.
This past week Avery has been back and forth with what seems like a little stomach bug. Its so hard to know when he is sick because his attitude doesnt change much. He will throw up one second and then start laughing the next. Can't say thats a bad thing but I just wish I had some warning that he felt bad. I have been trying to do everything to help him feel better (even though he acts fine, I know he must feel a little sick). So I have spent alot of time rocking him lately. When I rock him and he falls asleep in my arms I cant help but think of how fast he is growing up. It makes me sad to know that I wont always be able to hold him in my arms so Michael has been finding me rocking him LONG after he has fallen asleep. There is something about a sweet sleeping baby that just melts my heart.
Avery now says- Dada, Mama, Buh-Buh (Bye bye), Dac Dac (Dog Dog) and he may or may not say Na-Na (Nana)...we are still debating this. Haha! He is so vocal and he never says Na-Na unless he is around my mom so I hate to say it but Nana might just be one of his first words. Oh goodness! Looks like my mom is already brainwashing him like she has the rest of her followers aka grandkids.
I'll leave you with some pics of what we have been up to:
